Amazing is the three wheel feature of this trolley which it uses to go up/down stairs. A few days with the bag provided but... I have one few comments and found a major design flaw. The first flaw is my biggest criticism: I actually bought this trolley thinking I could use it to carry storage boxes and containers down to my basement. Unfortunately not... The trolley isn't wide enough (or deep enough) to pick up/carry a document box from a standard storage bag.. don't rotate (and make it easier to move up and down.) They stick out and fall off the edge or make the trolley heavy. End up having to we tip over our boxes - not very practical!tarii: I also have a little problem with the nylon tote bag.there is - big and deep - but it is "big deep". I'm used to using an open drawer trolley for my groceries and it's not so convenient to just drag things around. When the bag isn't "full" it's kind of flexible and you have to open it and reach for it to store/stash things (groceries) as opposed to the simple open cart I'm used to. can hold more than my old wheeled file cart, but remember things get stacked higher - on top of each other. (Don't put the bread in the bag first and then the soup can!).
