The ease of use makes it very simple for our team members to access their own information without having to go through multiple screens or clicks each time they need something specific.
I dislike how some features are not user friendly at all (the search function). It can become very confusing when you're trying to find what you're looking for in one place. We have been able to organize everything from paychecks to employment records into one system so we don't have to worry about losing anything anymore.
