I really wanted to like it and really used it for the first three weeks. I used a CD mount as the air vents don't work due to the location in my car. It vibrates a bit, as does your drive, like any similar mount. USB-A to USB-C charger and I've found that it doesn't provide enough current to charge reliably, it recognizes that it's plugged into a power source but it just won't drain, it won't charge. The problem was about 3 weeks later, I was about to take my phone off the Magsafe platter and the entire assembly that attaches it to the CD mount broke off and came with it. I received the replacement (I have three days off on my return policy!) and while the replacement has not yet ruptured, it looks like it was manufactured incorrectly as the ribs should open up when you turn the screw that holds the bracket. in reverse - he will not stay. Every time my phone is removed from the mount the entire assembly comes out of the cold player. All in all not worth the money if you want to mount a CD. Maybe it's better if you choose a vent.
