I got this mount for my old car after my wife got her new iPhone 12. The magnets are very strong and the hold is secure, I'm not worried at all about the phone falling. To me, I don't really hate the aesthetic of the CD player assembly. He's tall and clumsy. Due in part to my CD slot, it's a little intrusive and makes it difficult to tune in to the radio. I also don't like the vent mounts because I either have to block the vent to use them or put up with my phone receiving direct heat/AC flow. I prefer the brackets that attach to the dash with 3M. sticky, but all the ones I've tried have these pathetic weak magnets that just won't hold my phone in place while…
