Line lock valve in dosing valves

I installed Line Lock. Bleed the brakes, and as soon as the brakes built up pressure, steam began to escape from the valve. I did it 4 times. The valve stem continues to flow. This valve is junk. Don't ask for a refund. I threw it in the trash. If you decide to send me another one, make sure you actually look at it.
