It hurts to use it on a Mac! As a result, no information can be transmitted to WireShark in real time. You need to register it and then look at the logs. Good luck trying to keep messages in sync like key presses without being able to see where they happened in the stream! To make matters worse, they've made a few changes to the board, but they don't clearly state which is which. For example, there was a "blue" version (an earlier version) that they replaced with a "black" version that didn't have certain titles. Well I have a black one that has the exact same titles as the blue version. While the product page says they made this change, the instructions page says the header page uses one driver type while the blackmask page uses a different set. Em. Mine is black and has captions? Is it old or new? I don't have a microscope to read the chip on it so it's just trial and error to get this thing to work. In a nutshell. Adafruit usually has great product quality and documentation. It's more like Subtractafruit in that it still needs some work.
