The system was easy to set up and use. It helped us manage our patient load with ease. It also allowed us to add additional features that were not available in our previous system. I wish there was an easier way to input billing information but it's still pretty user friendly. You can't customize too much when you're first setting up a new software. If you want to be able to customize things like adding additional fields or making changes after you've created your account, this may not work out for you. Try using it for a week before deciding if you'd like to switch over from another system. We are trying to organize our clinic better by being able to easily track patients and see how many appointments they have left.
