Loved the set! Excellent quality and two carpets! I've never used a spreader, usually just putting on gloved hands to spread the rice, but gave it a try anyway. Well the spreader worked great and when you make multiple rolls for yourself and others it's nice and looks more hygienic. I needed a new rice paddle as my old one was already old. The chopsticks are also of good quality! Very good sentence! A quick email to Delan gave me a link to their new .pdf download page. Customer service was very quick and responsive. Very happy with the product and service from Delanu. The price was perfect! You really can't go wrong here! I'm serious! Look what California rolls I made!
