It's definitely beautiful and I love looking at it. It makes a little noise when in use, like some old CD drives. If you turn up the volume, you won't notice. The speakers aren't bad, but by no means impressive in quality. Being portable, I was hoping it would have a rechargeable battery so I could use it anywhere, but it's limited to just plugging it into an outlet. I have to pay more to hook it up to quality speakers and get some sort of portable power bank with connectors to use it the way I intended. Would I buy it again if I had to redo it? I'm not sure but at the same time if you really like the idea then don't be afraid to take it either, especially at this price point.
