Works very well! I've made both iced tea and iced coffee since it arrived. Both worked very well. It says tea bags can be put straight into the filter, but I ended up cutting the bags open and putting loose tea inside. I used 10 bags of Earl Gray as I love strong tea. I'm sure putting the packets right in would be nice, but I didn't want to fish them out later. As for coffee, you need to experiment with the amount of ground coffee. My first coffee attempt was pretty weak and I love it more. Filling the strainer near the top worked much better for me. Others have mentioned lid leaks, but I didn't notice that on mine. Cleaning was very easy - the filter was washed out immediately.
