Review on 🔧 K&N 33-2342: High Performance Air Filter for Honda (2005-2014) - Premium, Washable Replacement Filter by Richard Muncy

To be honest, I'm still really excited about this air filter. I installed this on my 2008 Honda Civic LX sedan by replacing the stock OEM filter. What I've noticed is an improvement in acceleration response. There was always a slight but noticeable lag when I hit the accelerator from a standstill, and now it's gone. I didn't notice the increase in performance and didn't expect it. As for the gas industry, it's too early to talk about it, but don't expect crazy successes here either. I chose this more expensive aftermarket air filter because it is reusable and has higher airflow. The OEM filter I replaced was installed by a friend 2 weeks prior to my purchase decision. Even with the new OEM filter, it still had acceleration lag. There aren't any issues with the mass airflow sensor yet, but if anything goes wrong I'll update. The next purchase should be a cleaning kit.
