Review on 🔎 Zircon MultiScanner 740 Electronic Wall Scanner with Erasable Wall Marker, Built-In - (72306) by Michael Pickering

Multiscanner 740 works well. It easily captures the edges and centerlines of tips and detects active electrical lines. I will say that on first contact I had 1-2 false negatives over a known spike location so you really need to do a lot of area checking. Also, I'm not the biggest fan of the design that requires you to click on the wall to activate. I would prefer a replacement. I also specifically reached out to Zircon to ask about "disappointment-free packaging" as Revain has a reputation for selling used products as new. Zircon said this packaging is normal and does not indicate a used or opened product. This is to reduce plastic consumption. My experience with the zircon support was just perfect. They replied to my email in about 5 minutes and replied to subsequent emails in 2-3 minutes. I called their customer service first but I called them during my lunch break (I didn't leave a message) but they still called me back because they saw a missed call. Which company does that!? Tell you what, I'll be looking into other zircon products in the future!
