I like them. I use them (temporarily) for slaughtering chickens in a restaurant with knives that are professionally sharpened weekly. (Which basically means they're hot as shit for the first day or two and then they're shit). You haven't let me down yet, but I know one day I'll pull myself together. It's hard to explain why this has disadvantages, so you'll have to believe me when I tell you what these gloves will protect you from; and that assumes you are using a very sharp blade, minor accidents when you bump into yourself. Running the full length of the blade across the glove will wear it down and eventually fail it, but there will probably be plenty of warning and in the real world you'll probably only get one scratch. Also, they are very tight. , are very small, and because of the way they're made, they're exponentially safer when they're too big rather than too small. Anything you think will work, take a size up, this company also makes it easy for you to return/change size. When you shop with these guys, you'll feel like you're helping the 'little guy'.
