I bought this to increase my chances of getting macarons. Mats work well but don't fit my standard cutters. Luckily I saw a tip that suggested turning the pans over and putting mats on the bottom, which works great and insulates the bottom of the pasta a bit. I really like two piping bags - they seem to be a good size (I can fit an entire pasta recipe in them) - but because they stretch a bit there's a learning curve on when to stop squeezing. The slap bracelet is really handy for keeping everything together. I think this is great value for money and it will really help people who want to become more successful at pasta baking!
