Fun and easy to use

So you still need a good pasta recipe. However, my 13 year old daughter was able to shape the shells and then assemble the cookies. We made them for the first time. Due to the round guidance, the mats made the edging perfect every time. Cleaning just got easier. As soon as the pasta had cooled, we immediately threw it in the dishwasher.

Good product but you need large baking sheets.

I love the advice he gives you but I bought the biggest cookie bowls in the store and the coasters were hanging over the edge so I can't use any of the rows of circles which is not ideal . But I'm happy with the piping bags and nozzles and the quality of the mats is good. The cookies don't stick and bake well. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Think outside the baking sheet.

Everyone was complaining that the size of the mat didn't fit in their pans and I knew they didn't fit in mine so I just turned my pan over. Worked great. I was concerned that my first batch of pasta would stick, but that wasn't because of the mat, it was because I had to hold it a bit longer. Mats vs. Parchment Paper - Cooking Time So Far. Cook the macaroons a little longer with mats and you'll be fine.

Decent product some size issues don't matter

I bought this to increase my chances of getting macarons. Mats work well but don't fit my standard cutters. Luckily I saw a tip that suggested turning the pans over and putting mats on the bottom, which works great and insulates the bottom of the pasta a bit. I really like two piping bags - they seem to be a good size (I can fit an entire pasta recipe in them) - but because they stretch a bit there's a learning curve on when to stop squeezing.
