Think outside the baking sheet.

Everyone was complaining that the size of the mat didn't fit in their pans and I knew they didn't fit in mine so I just turned my pan over. Worked great. I was concerned that my first batch of pasta would stick, but that wasn't because of the mat, it was because I had to hold it a bit longer. Mats vs. Parchment Paper - Cooking Time So Far. Cook the macaroons a little longer with mats and you'll be fine.
