I really like how easy it is for me to create my own accounts, set up my flowers, and edit my orders. It's so simple! The customer service has been great! They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. I don't think there is anything I dislike about this program. If you're looking for an easy way to get your flowers out into the world, then this is definitely the program for you. You can do almost everything you need to do from the website itself. You can also use their mobile app if you'd prefer. Sending floral gifts to people who live far away is super easy. I can just send them straight from my computer without having to talk to a human. I've sent many bouquets and gift baskets using this program, and they all look amazing.
