I really like how easy it is for me to create my own accounts, set up my flowers, and edit my orders. It's so simple! The customer service has been great! They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. I don't think there is anything I dislike about this program. I love how easy it has made ordering flowers for events or weddings so much easier than having to call multiple companies each year. I like how easy it was for me as an owner/operator, to set up my own virtual storefront, upload products & pictures easily without any technical knowledge or expertise! It really helped us out big time when we had a bad storm come through our area (Hurricane Harvey) where all of our plants were affected by water damage from heavy rains.
