The customer service, support team are amazing! They have been very helpful throughout my time using their product. I love how easy it has made ordering flowers for events or weddings so much easier than having to call multiple companies each year. It's also helped me save money by being able to get flower arrangements from different locations all at once rather then going one location after another. Sometimes there can be delays when sending out orders but this hasn't happened too often since they've implemented new features like'send now' buttons which makes things even quicker (and more efficient).
