Very disappointed with riveting machine

So I'm just starting to use this after 37 days of use and what a piece of junk. He's either missing part of his jaw in his head or it was misconstructed. It doesn't stick to the rivet shank at all. I don't have a 30 day return window so I'm guessing paper weight.

Pros

riveting gun: pneumatic hydraulic driven design, economical and durable. Ergonomic design, comfortable grip, easy to use. Good hardness, high wear resistance, high tensile strength, can be used on stainless steel nails

Cons
