I bought one of these as a failover for our MPLS network. Bought in August 2010 and today was the first time I had to use it. Unfortunately this will not work. None of the setting changes are retained after a reboot. And the default setting requires a user login. For devices without a web browser, e.g. B. a credit card terminal, this does not work. Long story short, after over an hour of support chat (just try to find a phone number to call), email with receipt, typing serial number and MAC address three times, they "agreed" the RMA to. The fastest shipping option is via UPS Ground for $19.95. An exchange on site is not possible. Many Thanks. RMA for a defective unit under warranty. Here is a failsafe device for you.
