Requires modification

I had to shorten the valve spring compressor to make it work on my engine but once I figured it out it worked fine. I also learned that you need wedges on both sides to fully lock the VVT.

Valve Spring Compression Tool - Compress valve springs for Ford 3V 4.6L and 5.4L engines without removing the camshaft. Allows easy replacement of rocker arms, lash adjusters and other valve components.
