Was ill and missed the return window - didn't fit at all

Unfortunately I was very ill for a few weeks just before they got that far and missed the return window. I didn't know there was a return window. I have tried to contact both Revain and the seller with no response. You might think if a customer is sick you wouldn't want them to touch the item and return it when sick. Now I was stuck with several pairs of shoes (had to try on several sizes as the reviews were so mixed) which were very expensive and ended up not fitting properly. These are the last clothes I'll be buying from Revain.
