Review on Smarsh Connected Capture by Francisco Yim

I like that it is easy to use for both internal employees as well an external clients/customers via email or phone calls from my mobile device! It's also very helpful when you are trying not be interrupted by other people while working remotely (i work at home).

The only thing i dislike about this software so far was how sometimes there would have been problems connecting our network but we were able solve them quickly without having any downtime because they had great customer service support team who helped us out immediately!! Overall its really good product which has made communication between myself & colleagues much easier than before using paper notes etc.,.
