I faithfully bought this hammock for 4 years. But after three occasions where my kennel almost lost a leg, I'm afraid I won't be buying this item again. My rider likes to peck at his bed but in doing so he pulls out the yarn of the product and gets it. (tightly) wrapped around his ankle. This was the last time it was unsafe for him. A cord is tied around his leg, cutting off blood circulation. He then pecks at his leg to get free, and it was a bloody mess. $210 for emergency veterinary assistance to cut the rope. I would recommend considering such an error when creating a product.
