I like that it is easy enough, yet powerful at creating campaigns with multiple steps each step leading you through the process of your business as well as tracking results in real time! The tool could be more intuitive (and easier) if we were new users - but once learned this becomes simple software that can help us grow our practices while saving tons of admin work! We are able solve all kinds of problems related to marketing/loyalty programs by using clickdone's tools; from lead generation via email capture forms & landing pages to CRM integration across platforms such as Salesforce.
