Great sound with a few extras.

I bought this ringer after hearing it while on a bike ride in the Portland metro area. Installation was fairly easy, but balancing the clamp and tightening the bolts was a little tricky. Also, the bell has dead tones depending on how the trigger is pulled. So I can't always set up a "just like that" trigger in alarm mode. It's a little annoying, but I bet muscle memory will eventually take over. The bell works great when driving on multi-purpose lanes (the sound carries well around blind corners) and is mainly used to warn drivers. It's not as effective as I'd hoped when riders clip the road or try to turn a cross street, but I've found that if the rider doesn't associate the noise with the bike, they keep going. ride like them. I've adjusted my routes to make it easier to interact with the car. Either way, it's a cool call. I love the copper color and I'm glad I bought it!
