Review on 📷 Dorman 590-080 Rear Park Assist Camera: Perfect Fit for Ford Models by Tim Surridge

The camera is easy to install. The picture is not as good as the original, but that's fair as the OEM replacement cost is 1/3. My problem with that is actually the customer service. After installation, the camera worked but the instructions didn't. I've sent several emails asking for help or information and initially didn't get a response, and when I did I only got a few irrelevant replies. Eventually, after numerous emails and half-answers, I got the answer that I had to go to the store to calibrate the camera. I still don't know if they just said it to shut me up or not. In any case, the retailer is asking $150 to hook up and possibly repair his computer. So I'm skipping it for now until I need to go to my mechanic for something else and maybe find someone with a forescan to look at it.
