Our team has been able to use this software as a way to track our clients' projects through multiple time zones with ease! We also love how easy it was to integrate it into Zapier - so that we can easily automate tasks via other applications/tools (iCloud Calendar). I wish there were more project templates available or better customization options than just colors / logos. There are some things where you have to build your own template which isn't very user friendly if not done correctly at first attempt. Just make sure you do plenty of testing before going live since any issues in initial setup will likely be fixed by the developer but might take longer due to their busy schedule during development phase.
