We got our 3 year old daughter a lovely set of wind chimes (xylophone) for Christmas because she loves music so much and we love finding little instruments to play. On Christmas noon I googled "quietest bell hammers" and ended up buying them. We are all very happy and I'm sure our neighbors are too.
