The thing was cheap. I bought mine for $26 after tax and shipping. I've set the fan mode to 'quiet' in my H410 motherboard bios and I can no longer hear the cooler running over my case's fans. My 10400f never went above 50 degrees Celsius with server workloads and usage, even with a silent BIOS. The build appears to be of fairly good quality. The only thing that doesn't look or feel super premium is the fan, which only looks cheap because of the transparent blades for the RGB effect it has (I don't currently use it, so can't test its brightness). . My only complaint, and this applies to most air coolers in general, is that they were a bit tricky to install. The guide was frankly useless and I had to figure out how to install it with my own will and mind. My Arctic 34 eSports single was almost double the price, but certainly better instructed and overall easier to put on, but still not by much. For $26, there's no better CPU cooler on the market considering it fits in your case. If not, I would consider either a 120mm AIO or a 240mm AIO for SFF builds, or a flat Noctua cooler, with the former offering better thermal performance and the latter being easier to install .
