Computer gets hot and freezes. I thought they forgot to put thermal paste on the CPU but they just forgot to lock the CPU in the socket. The lever was down, but the processor was above the support bar. This is the fifth computer I've bought from them. I never bothered to call tech support as I immediately voided my warranty on all mining components used for the express purpose. Normally I would never buy a ready-made one, but this was the best option to quickly get the components you need. Since then I've been using paid scalpers for GPUs. 2 stars for the price simply because it is what it is. 3060ti on 3 out of 4 of them are PNY which are the cheapest of the cheap. One was gigabytes. The first two motherboards had four RAM slots. The last two only had 2. All Micro-ATX motherboards, no thrills.
