Review on Brita 10C WHT Pitcher: Clean Water Solution, Single Unit, White by Cory Whitney

I bought this jug about 1.5 years ago and it has worked well. Then the battery died, and it turned out that there was no way to just replace the battery yourself, which I found out by contacting Brita support. After that I asked how to fix this situation now but the support team was silent (via email) and even after two more replies from me I still didn't get an answer. It's been almost 2 months since I first contacted their support team so it's safe to say they don't care about me. Will not replace or buy again but will switch to a product other than Brita.
