Review on Selle Italia Diva Gel SuperFlow Road/Mountain Bike Saddle - Comfortable Seat for Women, Black by Leo Puente

I used to have a very soft gel saddle and have had it for many years. I also wear gel shorts. I got this because I was having severe soft tissue pain and chafing from my old seat. Decided it was worn out and it was time for a new one. This saddle is very different from what I've had before in terms of profile, stiffness and material. Yes, there is gel in it, but it's much harder. However, it wasn't more than comfortable for the first few 20 miles, when my backside got used to it. I took one size bigger. My sit bones sit perfectly on it and I don't feel the pain or chafing in my thighs that I used to have. I just put 50 miles on it and by the end of that ride I was feeling a lot better than on longer rides in any other seat. I'm going on a weekend trip where I'll be doing 250 miles in 3 days. It's going to be a real test, but right now I'm very sure that I'll be happy.
