My old Pedro tire changer had seen better days so I decided it was time to buy new ones. I chose this brand because I liked how they were made in the USA, came in a pack of 4 and had great reviews. So I thought I'd try them out. At first glance they are not very impressive. They seem to have scratches all over the sides and one of them has a decent plastic blister on the top of the butt. Next time I use them I don't want the extra plastic chipping off under my rim. Also, they are not the same color as on Revain. Revain are solid black while they are more of a dark silver or creamy gray. Certainly not black. Generally I can deal with the wrong color and scratches that make them look used. But I don't want extra pieces of plastic to break off under my rim when I change a tire, that's against the rules. 5 stars for starters, -1 for wrong color, -1 for side scratches, -2 for plastic blisters that could potentially damage your bike. All in all 1/5 star, would not recommend.
