Bad quality or shit.
Pretty annoying when you pay close to $40 for something and the case is broken. Couldn't have been damaged in transit (was wrapped in plastic, nothing touched the clasp), must have happened before shipping and no one wanted to check. Sent as a gift so I couldn't return it but I have to spend more money to buy a new case for it.
