Fits perfectly on my 2007 Mustang and even includes a new pan gasket if needed. Please note that some Ford vehicles can reuse the standard gasket. I would recommend checking this out because if your standard gasket is carbide and you can reuse it, refitting the pan with the original gasket is a little easier than trying to use the rubber gasket that comes with this kit. You'll see what I mean if you try to realign the oil pan to the transmission case. However, it was nice to add a new pan gasket to the filter.
