When I first ordered these pads I was amazed. Not only did they catch the leaks and my pup was able to sniff and potty, I didn't smell his poo one bit and that was the first time. I went ahead and ordered again but in larger quantities and told my friends. Well, more of it wasn't the same. I really felt the first charge as soon as I opened the pad. You couldn't do that and the leak protection sucks. So, with a whole bag of 100, I'm back ordering the small 24 I ordered earlier and they arrived today and I'm disappointed. It doesn't smell, the pillow is very thin and doesn't last. You fill them with something good and something with anything. What are you looking forward to? My puppy won't sniff or smell anything, comes out of the cage or mat and doesn't want to go to the potty. I wanted to write this before claiming my refund! Really disappointed that I was so pleased once and felt cheated the next time. Consistency makes customers happy! I fell in love🥺
