I like that it is easy to use once you have signed up with them. You can also customize your page so everything looks just how you want it! It's not too much of an issue but sometimes when someone signs in from another computer they don't always get all their info saved correctly (especially if using Chrome). If anyone wants something simple yet customizable then this would be great. We are able to easily track our memberships giving and donations as well as keep people updated about events we're having through Facebook or email newsletters which helps us build relationships within our community. Also being able to create public pages makes things easier for potential volunteers who might need more information before signingup. This has helped me reach out to new communities while keeping my current ones connected. The only thing missing right now is a way to add photos/video directly into the system.
