So far this SSD has worked quite well for me, although it's not a Samsung 850 Evo, although it was significantly cheaper, it had a little more additional storage space than I had for the task I needed it for and from my online research and review it seemed decent enough and fast enough to meet my needs. I remember paying over $40 for it and it was worth it when I even needed just over half the space on that drive in SSD form for my OS partition. It sped up my loading time from a full minute to just over half a minute, which is great. However, I've seen other people get boot speeds of up to 10-20 seconds with a good SSD, but I realized that this isn't the fault of that SSD, but rather the fault of the type of motherboard I'm currently using . .Installation wasn't too difficult if you know how to install any PC inside. It even came with the parts needed to securely attach it to the 3.5" hard drive bay, which is nice, but no replacement SATA cable was included. However, this was fine with me as I had a spare SATA III lying around. So far I haven't had any issues but for now I've had it about 2 months at most and not with heavy use. . (As I said, it's currently used for my OS and some of my larger games and apps). I hope, however, that this will continue for some time.
