I needed 2 ringers and 2 buttons. No instructions came with the units to tell you how to pair the units. There is no customer support, my emails bounced. I was in the process of returning the units when I found just a ringer for sale and the images had the necessary information on pairing the second ringer in the group. Press and hold volume on the ringer until a red light flashes (3 seconds). Then press and hold the button you want to pair to the ringer. When paired it will ring (about 3 seconds). Repeat as needed for each button to each ringer. To select the sound for the button. Press the button and ringer plays the current sound. Then go through the sounds on that ringer until you find the one you like. Now press the button and the new sound will play. Repeat for each ringer.
