That does not work. suitable for stereo components

product does not work. Well packaged, no visible damage. I set it up and it turned on and opened. Everything seemed fine. I put 5 of my girlfriend's favorite CDs in it. But it won't play and won't open again to eject CDs. I don't know what to do. I don't want to return it with a CD inside. Also, no RCA cable or remote control was included. Very disappointed.
