Review on AmFilm Protector Compatible Tempered Installation Accessories & Supplies for Cell Phone Accessories by Puggzy Wallin

I've used amFilm Glass screen protectors on the last 5 iPhones I've had and never had a problem - until now. After installation I immediately made a call and found that I couldn't end the call by simply pressing the red end icon like I always have, but eventually after pressing again and firmly pressing the icon I could hang up. Phone call. I removed the protective film from the screen and called again and had no problems, just lightly pressing the end call icon to end the call. I then installed a new screen protector from the same three packs I received and encountered the same problem again: I can't hang up. I've also noticed that other icons that require touching, such as B. the flashlight, have the same problem that does not respond. I removed the second screen protector and the problem hasn't recurred since. You may need to try a different company or just skip it. UPDATE: Apple released an iOS update which I installed which solved the touchscreen issue related to the locked screen, camera and flashlight for most users. The update did somewhat improve the locked screen issue for me, but not the flashlight or camera issue - but unfortunately it didn't fix the biggest issue, which was the inability to quickly answer and end calls - both incoming and outgoing outgoing. I recently returned my iPhone 12 mini as I paid for the device in full and didn't want to tie up my money until I was sure all issues were resolved - once I'm sure it's done I'll do it again - buy it. Now that I am confident that the amFilm screen protector will not cause me any problems, I would like to reconsider my rating of this product - it deserves 5 stars. As I said in my Initials review, I've never had an issue with amFilm screen protectors on any of my previously owned phones - except when it was my fault for not installing them properly. I also mentioned that I installed 2 protectors on an iPhone 12 mini because I thought one of them might be defective. I can honestly say I haven't had any issues with any of these protectors - they fit perfectly and have no blisters or iridescent effects at all. I still have one of three protectors in my backpack and will keep them knowing that if I reorder an iPhone mini it will fit perfectly and last for many years. I highly recommend amFilm's screen protectors.
