Two cons: 1) I wish the lid latched so you can pour liquid without pressing the lid. 2) It is in the shape of a pitcher, not a bowl. So if you plan to serve from it, it looks a bit strange. But if you don't care or are willing to use a different serving bowl, that's fine. What I like about her: 1) She's durable. Even plastic can be pretty brittle straight out of the fridge and I broke a few spinners because of it. But this one survived my abuse. 2) It holds a decent amount without being too big. Fits on the middle shelf of my fridge 3) Very easy to use even with severe arthritis.
