The ease of use, it's very good at what you need for church administration! It is easy to make changes or add new things as needed without having too much training from your computer techs/admin person in-charge who has been trained by someone else before that (or so I'm told).

Easy access via web browser - no more waiting around while other people go out with their laptops trying find files etc., just log onto our server using my laptop then click into whichever file i would like & edit if necessary!! Very simple but effective system when used properly! A lot less time spent doing admin tasks than paper methods could have saved us all!! Great product once set up correctly and configured accordingly. We are able solve problems regarding financial disbursements quickly because we can search through transactions easily online instead off digging thru multiple years worth paperwork each month which takes precious minutes away form ministry work.
