This OBALY wine opener is too beautiful to be used. The packaging is amazing, it looks like a book but when you open it it has a specially cut out space for each piece. Reminds me of an old prison movie where someone brings a gun to a prisoner and carves a place for the gun in the book. The brass handles against the background of the matte black mechanism are artistically finished. I was amazed at the beauty of this corkscrew. Despite its beauty, it has to work. My hands aren't as quick and nimble as they used to be. I actually had to give away some corked wine because I can't find a corkscrew to manipulate properly. I have tried several electric knives. Terrible, useless. With this bottle opener from OBALY I can easily open corked bottles. I limited myself to the screw cap. no longer! Give it as a gift and you will become a gift superstar!
