Very happy to use it for opening bottles

Haven't used it yet but got it to make opening wine bottles easier lol. I look forward to using it! I'll try to update the performance of this once it's actually used!

Requires a little more grip strength than the dual grip type. Works perfectly. Good vacuum plug.

I've tried three double-handled lever cork catchers in three years - overly complicated gears keep breaking and we're maybe talking about a bottle every couple of weeks. This one is much simpler in design and works just as well. Push handle, push lever, pull up. The cork comes out completely. The handle also grabs the cork for easy removal from the screw. The little pump plug is handy too - didn't think I'd use it, but it works well.

Best use bottle opener

I'm not the best at opening wine bottles. I don't have much experience and while I always get my job done, this wine opener makes the job easier. It feels easy and I have more control which makes it seem like I know what I'm doing (not that I really care). I love the finish, matte black with rose gold accents looks sleek and expensive. Functionality and beauty - a rare combination

This OBALY wine opener is too beautiful to be used. The packaging is amazing, it looks like a book but when you open it it has a specially cut out space for each piece. Reminds me of an old prison movie where someone brings a gun to a prisoner and carves a place for the gun in the book. I bought this for my sister. She thinks it's a high quality bottle opener. There is no longer a traditional wine bottle opener for them. Best type of opener, we have a previous model from another manufacturer, also excellent

We have another opener similar to this one (I think sharper image and at a similar price) and this type of opener seems simpler to use as the rabbit style which requires you to grab two sections around the top of the wine bottle and then press down. **Press down**** Then pull up. I have purchased and/or used several different types of wine openers ranging from a few dollars up to $150. In my experience, those at the top of this price range are rarely good enough to justify the exorbitant cost.
