Samsung T550 27 inch monitor

The monitor's built-in speakers emit a rattling and harsh noise when in use, which is difficult to hear during operation. I tried to fix the problem with Samsung but they couldn't fix the problem in return. In return they sent me a new similar 27" Samsung T550 curved monitor but I still have the same speaker problem as the other one I sent to their service department. These monitors are in Mexico, they look good apart from Problems with the speakers The problem is with the HDMI cable.
