Pretty Funky Feature

I bought these items to replace the LED lights in my RV. Although initially I like the "touch" activation features. I'm currently having issues with them not glowing at all unless roughly touched, and sometimes just glowing without being touched. I'm trying to find out. The relatively low price may not be acceptable and alternative spare parts are required.
