It really is a whole new world of baking. I LOVE US BAKERY. This is the best thing in the history of the world.

Looking at my USA Pan Bakeware, I know it sounds a little odd because how do you know she LOVES her cookie counterparts? YOUR BREAD MOLDS? YOUR 9 INCH CAKE PANS? IS SHE BIG AGAINST FRYING?<--- I can say I LOVE THEM ALL. It really is a whole new world of baking. Pans because one side sticks - but that's it. Everything else is perfect. At first I used two US baking sheets and one more - I can't remember exactly, but it was my "best" sheet. OMG. The cookies weren't as good in another pan. The US was much better. I suspect this is because the pans have low ridges that allow hot air to circulate. I'm sure there is real science behind the design of these pans. I bought two for the price of a friend who says he can't believe there can be such a difference in cookie cutters. Do yourself a favour: If you're baking cookies, use this cookie cutter. Don't use metal utensils around it - there's a silicone coating or something - use a cheap plastic spatula to remove the cookies and you'll love it forever.
